Hi! I'm Katie. Welcome to Health-and-Fitness-Source.com Health, fitness and nutrition have always been topics I've been interested in. I enjoyed reading articles about them but probably didn't put as much effort into applying the principles as I should have. Over time, I realized how importnant it is to never, ever take my body or my health for granted. It became my mission to learn as much as I could about health, fitness and nutrition. I read every book I could on healthy eating and nutrition. I joined a gym determined to keep my body in the best condition possible. Not long after, I also became interested in positive thinking, the law of attraction as it relates to health and the happiness-health connection. I've been putting these principles into practice for a few years now, and have seen amazing results! I decided to create this site because I wanted to give back and share all that I have learned with others. I hope this site helps you and inspires you to make positive healthy changes in your own life. Life gives all of us challenges, but with positive thinking, inspiration, motivation and a helping hand we can overcome them and go on to live happier, healthier lives!
