This BMI Calculator will determine your body mass index. Body mass index is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.

General guidelines for reading your BMI calculator results are as follows:

* Under weight 18.5
* Healthy 19-25
* Overweight 25-30
* Obese 30+

Keep in mind that the BMI calculator cannot distinguish between fat and muscle mass. So it follows that if your are very muscular, your BMI may show you to be in the overweight range. Take this into consideration when planning your fitness program.
