Depression and weight gain are problems that often show up together. For any number of reasons, you may find yourself sad, bored, lonely or feeling isolated and turn to food for comfort. Then, when you gain weight from overeating, it's easier to become more depressed due to your lack of control and weight gain. Studies show that people with depression and high stress levels are less likely to exercise. Then due to lack of exercise, the more weight gained and the worse you feel.

Don't despair! Here are some things to consider if you find yourself in this situation.- Ask for Help - This is very important. Tell family members and friends how you are feeling. Talking it out can relieve much anxiety and

- Get Enough Sleep - When you don't get a good night's sleep, your body doesn't get the downtime it needs to replenish both body and mind. Good
