Do you have a healthy diet and healthy eating habits? The truth is, many people don't. But don't despair. The good news is that with just a little help and a few changes, most people can make significant strides towards a healthier life.

The foundation of a healthy diet is of course, fruits and vegetables. You can eat an almost unlimited amount of these foods on a healthy diet. Green leafy vegetables are the best, loaded with antioxidants and vitamins. Try snacking on carrot sticks or celery.

Lean protein is also an important part of a healthy diet, but the key here is portion control.

Plain unsweetened water is your best beverage you can drink but realistically, we can't live on water alone.

One thing you can do is avoid or cut down on soft drinks whether regular or sugar free. Both provide no nutritional value and are far inferior to plain water.

These are just a few of the easy painless ways to move towards a healthier lifestyle and diet. As you make these changes, you'll start to feel better, and look better! What an easy way to get to a happier healthier life!
