  • Low Fat String Cheese. Kids love string cheese, and if you buy the low fat kind, it'll be healthier for them. Just like yogurt, contains both daily and protein.

  • Sunflower Seeds. Lightly salted sunflower seeds (shelled)are a great source of protein and healthy oils. And kids love them!
