Red Carpet Looks for Motivation

Every time you feel depressed about your diet and/or your looks, think of a celebrity who has an admirable body. Envision yourself with a better problem area. (i.e. butt, thighs, stomach, etc.) Every time I was too lazy to do my workout, I would look at a picture of Beyonce's killer body and that would motivate me!

Motivation
It's hard for me to stay motivated to work out. I always start to exercise and within a few days I start to get bored. I just bought an elliptical and I'm really going to stick with it this time. I think if I start to see a difference in my weight that will help to motivate me.

How to Stay Motivated

Well this is isn't my story, its just a tip.
Everyone knows it really hard to get motivated to exercise. Between working all day, and all the other obligations we all have, exercising isn't really top of the list most days.
If your not motivated enough, go and hop onto itunes and download some motivational songs and some that you like too. Trust me listening to your ipod while working out makes you go on for ages and not even realizing that you've done it for so long! I look forward to my workout cause I know I have a ton of great workout songs to listen to and that gets me motivated!
Another trick for motivation is to exercise at the time of day that works best for you. I like to work out in the morning when I have most of my energy. My husband works out after work, since he's not a morning person.
Sometimes you have to look for different ways to keep your motivation and energy level up for working out. It's not easy.
