Does Tae Bo Work?
Tae Bo has been around for quite a while now. The program was created by Billy Blanks in the 80's. People who have followed Billy's program since the beginning are still getting their money’s worth from the workout. After all, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! These workouts are intense and they'll still do the job!I've been using the these programs for several years with great results!

Billy Blanks performs the moves with the class in each workout and talks the audience through each move, encouraging everyone to continue and not give up. I think that's what I like best about these programs... ...just when it gets tough and I think I want to quit...Billy combines his own style of upbeat inspiration with his fitness expertise to motivate me to keep going! It's like having my own personal trainer helping me along! He can get even the most exercise-phobic people off of the couch and moving.
