Everyone needs regular workout routines in their lives. Exercise keeps our heart and lungs in shape and promotes longevity. But finding the right exercise routine for you can take some time.

It's a good idea to find a few different routines that will keep your interest high and still give you a great workout.

  • Dance Workouts If you prefer a little fun with your exercise, try

  • Water Workouts Some exercise can be hard on the joints, especially older joints. Workouts done in a pool can excellent for anyone with arthritis. Water exercises will raise your heart rate and work your muscles too. Water is heavier than air, so as you move your limbs in the water, your muscles must work harder.

Not all workout routines are right for everyone, so you might need to take a class or two to see if they give you the workout at the level you need and keep your interest. By seeing improvement and having fun, you'll stay motivated to stick with it and reach your fitness goals!
