Amy's Workout Playlist

by Amy
(Seattle, WA)

I'm always changing my playlists. I get bored with the songs after I listen to them too much. If I've been working out a lot (for me that's every day) then I need to change the music about every couple of weeks or so. So I'm always on the lookout for new workout songs for making up new playlists. This is my current playlist that I just put together.

Too little too late - jojo

Figher – Christina Aguilera

Yeah- Usher

SOS - Rihanna

U and Ur Hand – Pink

Get Up – Ciara

Hollaback Girl – Gwen Stefani

Hips don’t lie – Shakira

Get the Party started – pink

The Waves – Walking on Sunshine

Beat It - Michael Jackson

Shattered - The Stones

I Feel Lucky - Mary Chapin Carpenter (country but I like it!)

My Playlist

by Jenn
(New York)

I love really upbeat loud music when I work out. I can probably work out twice as long if I have good music than if I don't. Check out my playlist, it's really great. If you use it on the treadmill, you can run for an hour listening to it, every song is so good.

Invisible Touch by Genesis

We Got the Beat by The GoGos

Love Shack by B52s

Place on Earth by Belinda Carlysle

Born to Run by Bruce Springsteen

Don't Stop Believin by Journey

Bad Romance by Lady Gaga

Nothing lasts Forever by Maroon

Ready by Kelly Clarkson

Waking up in Vegas by Katy Perry

The Authority Song by John Mellencamp

Legs by ZZ top

Shine by 3 Doors Down

Say Hey (I love you) by Michael Franti & Spearhead
